On December 20, 2002 we held our first Annual Christmas party together to celebrate OUR FIRST YEAR! We all performed for our friends and family as they sat back and relaxed. Everyone had lots of fun.
During the party, the instructors, Evelyn and Isitolo Oloa, had a surprise for all of the students. First they gave out two plaques to Mae and Eloi commemorating their great achievement: they are the first students to complete their first year with Kalena's. Then, they gave certificates of achievement to Lucille, Josh and Tiara for their near completion of a full year. Thank you gifts were given to Jun, Maria, Bill, and the New Day Christian Fellowship for their support and dedication to the school. After all that was done and finished with, Isitolo and Evelyn passed out studio lava lava's to every member of the school.
A huge THANK YOU goes out to all who participated in the party. It wouldn't have gone as smoothly if it wasn't for those who helped out. Also, thank you to those who came to see us. Having the support of friends and family is very important to us all. THANK YOU AGAIN!
